Most of my clients I know in some capacity before we work together. There is usually a need expressed in the work itself — something essential that must be met for them to move forward.Before anything else I observe. I observe how a team works together, their chemistry, what the founder says they're going to do and what they actually do, the confidence in the product. From there we identify strengths and close necessary gaps to ensure nothing interferes with arriving at our destination.
