RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for round trip shipping and customs fees. Items must be in original condition to qualify for refund. No returns accepted after 7 days from delivery. Refunds will not be issued for products that appear used, damaged, scratched, or smudged in any manner.
No returns accepted for items after 7 days of delivery. Your understanding is valued.
If you receive defective item from us or an incorrect order it is your responsibility to contact The Theo Show via our contact form within 3 business days of receipt and we will arrange for replacement. Please provide your order number and the associated name.

The Theo Show has seasonal sales only a few times a year. Products bought on sale are not eligible for return. Occasionally we offer secret sales to our email and text/sms subscribers as a "thank you" for being a part of our brand.
